Childcare will be provided if needed. You can get some worry-free movement in, and we will ensure your child gets to class on time!
Participants are encouraged to bring their own yoga mats, blocks, and straps if they have them. We will have some available for those who do not bring their own.
Terri Boome is both a student of ~30 years at various yoga practices and an attendee at two yoga teacher training programs over the years; she has held the practice of yoga in a special place in her life. She finds that even if yoga is just an occasional element in life, it always offers a lovely opportunity to pause the rush of daily life, a chance to reconnect with ourselves, and an avenue to keep our bodies centered, warm, and flexible. Her intention with yoga practices is to offer variations that will create a welcoming space for those new to yoga and those who’ve practiced the poses for years in a relaxed and approachable way.
Terri’s first yoga teacher training was with YogaFit, which offers weekend-long incremental training. There, she completed their Level 1, Level 2, and Chakras training about fifteen years ago. She is currently completing the full 200-hour yoga teacher training program with SoulRebelex yoga studio in Lexington, which she will finish in the spring. During this time, she has led a number of practices. Terri will soon be registered with the Yoga Alliance as a 200-hour level yoga teacher, ready to share her love of yoga with others!
