We are so excited to welcome everyone to campus in August for the start of the 2021-22 school year. Before the new year officially kicks off, please find below various checklists to prepare your student for school as well as information about the upcoming back-to-school events.

School uniform items may be purchased at the Glenmary Shop, Lands’ End, and at Shaheen’s Department Store. The Glenmary Shop carries Collegiate-specific uniform apparel (excluding kilts, skorts, and jumpers), in addition to a wide variety of Collegiate branded apparel and items. Managed by the Collegiate Alumni Association, the Glenmary Shop is located inside the Mary Rodes Lannert Athletic Center next to the snack bar. Official Collegiate Polo shirts with school insignia can be purchased through the Glenmary Shop, Lands’ End, and/or Shaheen’s. Other items such as blouses, pants, and shorts, may be purchased at local retailers. The Glenmary Shop remains the only retail store that gives all profits to Louisville Collegiate School. Click here for the dress code policy.

Louisville Collegiate School is proud to have a health center on campus. 


All Collegiate families must complete Emergency Care, Health, and Athletic forms online via the Magnus Health portal. Please log in to the myCollegiate parent portal in order to access all forms and complete the requested requirements via the Magnus Health Link. Please upload/scan/fax/mail these forms to your student’s Magnus Health Student Medical Record prior to August 5th and please do not send forms to school.
