On Friday, January 27, the Me to We Club volunteered at the Whitney/Strong Organization. Students met Whitney Austin, Executive Director and Cofounder, and listened as she shared her story of surviving the deadline 5/3 Bank mass shooting in 2018. Afterward, students organized “Stop the Blled” kits that are a critical part of Whitney/Strong’s education program. These kits are used in training across Kentucky and Ohio.
