Congratulations to Tracy Rucker for being named the French Teacher of the Year for Kentucky. He has been promoting the study of French language and Francophone culture in the classroom for over 25 years, throughout the community within Kentucky schools and in the United States through the Bureau of Education (BER) courses he teaches. His passion for professional development and curriculum design is impressive as he continually engages both students and teachers. Way to go, Tracy!
