Spend the summer at Collegiate!
Our Summer camps are designed to immerse students in enrichment experiences in
all areas of their growth and development–academics, arts, and athletics.
Academic Gear-Up is an integral part of the summer for all students, new and returning.
It is a chance to meet new teachers and classmates and return to “school mode” after a fun summer.

Registration
Summer camps offer full-day camps from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily. Half-day options are available for registration but are limited to the morning portion of camp, 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. Students will register under their grade level for the 2026-2027 school year. Camp registration will close two weeks before the start of the camp. Late registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to additional fees.
Families that register for the entire session will receive a 10% discount on registration fees. You may also register for individual weeks at full price.
Please note – Louisville Collegiate School will be closed the week of June 29-July 3.

Each Academic Gear Up camp is $215.
refund and withdrawal policies
Registration MAY BE CANCELLED IN WRITING via email WITHOUT PENALTY 7 days before the start date of the camp. If registration IS CANCELLED within 7 days of the camp’s start date, the family SHALL REMAIN OBLIGATED TO PAY THE FULL camp fee. This policy will also apply to students who register and do not attend camp.
LUNCH BUNCH
Lunch Bunch can be added to your weekly or full-session registrations and includes a school-provided lunch for your child during the day. It is $50 per week. Anyone staying all day and not participating in Lunch Bunch is responsible for bringing an allergy-free lunch during the scheduled lunch time. Peanuts and tree-nut food items are prohibited at Louisville Collegiate School.
Before and After Care
Before- and after-care can be added to your weekly or full-session registration if you would like to drop your child off before 8:45 a.m. and/or pick them up after 3:30 p.m. Beforecare will begin at 7:30 a.m. and aftercare will end at 5:30 p.m. every day camp is in session. Before Care is $75/week, and After Care is $100/week.
