How do I register for Auxiliary Programs?

Registration for all Auxiliary Programs runs through CampBrain. If you do not already have an account, you will need to create one to begin an application. Links to the registration portal for each program can be found on the information pages for those programs. The formula for each CampBrain URL follows this pattern:

How much do Auxiliary Programs cost?

All of our programs are priced accordingly. Our prices for each program are competitive for our market. We strive to offer the highest quality programs at an affordable price for families and community members. Prices for individual programs are listed on the information pages for those programs.

Can I sign up for multiple programs on the same day?

YES! All of our after-school programs can be combined in any way you see fit to keep your students engaged after school. Auxiliary Programs staff members will ensure that your child’s transitions from program to program in the afternoons are seamless.

What do students do from 3:00-3:45 when exploreCollegiate starts?

Once school is dismissed for the day at 3:00, students going to an exploreCollegiate class have two options: go to Learning Lab until 3:45 (registration required) or go to the dining room for a supervised snack and social time before exploreCollegiate begins at 3:45.

Where do I pick up my child after exploreCollegiate?

Carpool for exploreCollegiate classes that take place on campus is at the regular Lower School carpool location on Glenmary Avenue in front of the Lower School. You can drive up in the line or walk up.

Can I sign up for one day of Extended Day?

Yes. This is what we call a “drop-in.” To reserve a drop-in spot on any given day for Extended Day, email auxiliaryprograms@louisvillecollegiate.org on the date(s) you need and include your child’s name in the email. A director will get back to you and confirm that we have space on that day and ensure you have the pickup procedures. The drop-in fee is $30 per day and is billed through CampBrain at the time of your drop-in request.

How can I see what I’ve registered for?

Login to your CampBrain account and see the list of classes you’ve registered for. Once you are logged in, you do not need to begin or continue an application- just enter the parent portal. From here, you can view your registrations and edit household information.

If my child doesn’t like an exploreCollegiate class, can I get a refund?

We can only offer refunds up until 7 days before the program’s start date. Once we reach that deadline, we can no longer issue a refund. In some cases, we can transfer registration to a different program within the same quarter.

Do you have after school programming on holidays?

The only days we do not run exploreCollegiate or Extended Day are noon dismissal days. ExploreCollegiate does not run the first or last week of the school year.
